I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me, as I have already sent a messages about your team destroying a coat I brought to be cleaned. It was destroyed and the Somerville office had not taken responsibility. Please advise.
You have had my winter coat since the end of July. When I came to pick it up I was told that it was not ready. Two weeks ago when I picked up another order I had to ask for my coat. When my coat was found, it was not in plastic and destroyed. It appeared that it had been cleaned and the black dye from the drawstring in the neck had bleed all over my head.
