You have had my winter coat since the end of July. When I came to pick it up I was told that it was not ready. Two weeks ago when I picked up another order I had to ask for my coat. When my coat was found, it was not in plastic and destroyed. It appeared that it had been cleaned and the black dye from the drawstring in the neck had bleed all over my head.
