Amazing customer service! Dropped off my fiance's suit to be steamed and pressed- we got a text just hours later that it was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend American Cleaners!
Incredibly happy with the service at American Cleaners. They’re the only true same-day dry cleaning in town. Other cleaners advertise same day on their website then looked at me crazy when I walked in and asked for that option. The lad who took care of me was friendly, respectful, very efficient. Will be going back as needed. Highly recommend
Very disappointing. Been a customer for almost a year. Customer service from the owner is poor. Employees are nice. They sent me a $20 coupon which was immediately activated. When I picked up my clothes, the coupon was not on my account. They made me wait 20 minutes to keep sharing my phone to validate the coupon and then look on their system. First thing is first they charge extra $4.95 is your clothes is name brand, I wouldn’t mind the extra fee but every time I get a shirt dry clean it’s never clean just ironed.. I always have to give it back to them & they have to do it again with an attitude…. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have money to waste , because the quality isn’t good but looks good off the eye until you inspect your clothes
Unable to remove a coffee stain from my pants, which i’ve only ever had dry cleaned. I took them to another recommended dry cleaner who was able to get the stain out. Was expecting better
