New to the area and decided to try this place out. My work pants, which are hard to replace were damaged and all I got was a half hearted sorry and didn’t even offer to at least refund what I paid to have them cleaned. Don’t feel like their service justifies their prices. Will be trying other places out.
I just moved to the area looking and was looking for a new dry cleaner... they are perfect! I love their texting service that let's me know when my clothes are ready. Many times it's before the actual due date on the receipt they give me. Excellent quality, even down to the hangers they use. I highly recommend them.
Horrible!!! Overcharged for 4 dresses a coat - $145.00!!!!! Upon dropoff inquired why prices are not listed on ticket; was told it would be “about 50-60.00”. TRIPLE THAT!!!!! They charge for EACH PIECE separately (i.e pants + suit jacket). Prices are not publicized and they scam you for the money AFTER the fact!! Thought they were reputable. Disgusted and will never use them again.
$20 dollars for 2 dress shirts - I asked for 1 shirt to be heavy starched & the other light starched, I asked before I felt them are they correct, was told yes- then I checked them out ,no starch was applied at all. Then the employee changed her answer & said it’s medium starch. But clearly nothing was done but washing & ironing , I could have done at home myself! Been goin there for years , & before they respond with bla bla blah, you lost a customer!
Very professional and got my husbands uniform back quick! Highly recommend this place. :)
