There was a decorative piece missing from a jacket. The jacket had been left for two weeks to have the seamstress locate the piece or sew on an alternative. Neither had been completed. The lady with long salt & pepper hair paid me for the item missing. I was satisfied. I have not worn the jacket with the piece missing. But I was pleased with the way it was handled.
