The cleaning was done perfectly. They did a very good job and paid attention to the problem area I was concerned about getting clean. They are a bit more expensive than other drycleaners I have had the same item done before at. Check in is all automated by the customer maybe that's what the added cost may be for.

This used to be my family's favorite dry cleaners! But now that they have "automated" the process they are asinine with their rates! I was not advised rhemat rate was were being inflated and took a less than usual order in 12 light pieces. I received a text that the total was $134.00!!!! I called to confirm and was told yes, for 12 pieces it was $134.00!!! That's approximately $11 per piece! Just crazy! Finding a new dry cleaners ASAP!!!
We've been customers for 14 years but will not be returning to your establishment. I picked up a polo shirt and a button-down long-sleeve dress shirt and the bill was $18.95??? I know the horrible situation the current federal administration has forced on us with higher taxes, ever-increasing inflation ($18.95?), and poor representation of our citizenry, but I will not be paying your charges any longer. You've lost 2 professional dry cleaning customers.
Had 2 pair of jeans to have the hem taken in and they were very uneven when I picked them up. I was going on vacation the day after picking them up. I was told to bring them back, to be fixed but they are jeans. The hem is short and not even at all, you can not add more material where there is none. So they were ruined, $34.00 for a hem that was totally wrong!!! This was in January . Very unsatisfied customer.
