Phenomenal dry cleaner and top notch service! I always take my clothes here to be dry cleaned or even laundered when my washer went out. I had to get a dress hemmed for a wedding, and my toddlers dress and pants as well. They did an amazing job and it was ready sooner than expected! Bonus they kept my kids occupied while the seamstress was fitting me.
6 months ago I wrote a raving review for the folks at Alpine. I am not one to write terrible reviews for people but unfortunately we have been forced into this one. I get married in less than 2 weeks and they ruined my wedding suit and my mother’s dress for the wedding. Both were tags on and brand new. They had to remove the tags and threw them away! Speed and amazing work, needed them a day before the wedding and they delivered without any issues.
Over the years, I have used several of the dry cleaners here in Longview...I have had various situations occur over those years. Everything from ripped shirts, burnt clothing, missing buttons, even missing clothing...not to mention some of the rudest customer service I've ever received. I've used Alpine Cleaners for the last 5yrs and they never disappoint I've used their dry cleaning, laundry & seamstress services and have always been satisfied. They have friendly employees and get your clothes back to you in 1-2 days. I highly recommend them 👌
