I brought my leather jacket to repair a tear in the lining. We were cheerfully greeted. My friend takes her minks for repair, cleaning and storage. I was told that I would receive a call with the cost to the repair which happened. I was presently surprised by the reasonableness of the price to fix the lining issue and approved them to repair it. I picked it up and was pleasantly impressed with the quality of their work. Definitely recommend this place.

They could not get the stain out, which is okay. But at least the receptionist could have said they didn’t get it out. She told me that they put a different color tag if they couldn’t get the stain out. I believed her thinking the stain was out. Came home a checked and the stain was still there. They do not pay attention to your order or care. At least the person who is receiving the items. 3 day turn around time for this lousy job. There are better options out there than this place. My sport coats looked Brand New after All Seasons dry cleaned them. The price was reasonable. Their staff are friendly and exceptional

I brought a borrowed handmade Renaissance Festival noblewoman’s gown in to be hand washed, because when it’s wet it’s too heavy for me, and I’ve been sweating in it for 3 years at the local Festival (super dusty!) with only a shake out between wears and some time in the sun to kill bacteria. I don’t think it was this clean when I wore it the first time 3 years ago, and I’m very pleased it’s so clean before it goes to the next wearer and is possibly in need of alterations. I am disappointed that they wouldn't work with my institution for tax-free dry cleaning. It would have been good business for them. I had all the paperwork they needed but the manager said "no." It was a big let down seeing that the Twin Cities has a very college-heavy presence: Bethel, Northwestern, St. Paul College, The U, Hamline, Augsberg, Concordia, etc. However, the did clean my personal garment beautifully.
