Shady business practices! So we sent in our canvas couch covers to Magic Tailor & Cleaner, which informed me that they would be sending this out, as they do not service this product in house, I understood and was fine with that. Was quoted $150 and I put down 50%. Here is where things went down hill. First, I was told that it would be a week. I knew that the covers had a couple of stains and one that was bad. The staff at All Seasons was helpful and professional. I appreciated being notified when my garments were ready for pick up. Everything turned out great!
Quick. No hassle. Lost the claim check but it was no problem as they could look it up with my name. Liked the electronic notice when it was ready.
Convenient location. Handicap parking available. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My dry cleaning was ready on the day stated.🙂
