Can I just say how much I love this place. Coming here for years but this time was even better. I had a ketchup staying on my shirt, but I’ve been trying to get out for like two weeks. I followed everything that you could do on the Internet. I spent like $50 on the shirt but I only worn it once. I was devastated when it had happened. Nothing and I mean nothing was working. They are awesome, everyone on staff are helpful, and respectful. Quick and awesome dry cleaning. I take a lot of uniforms especially, and they are always done properly and very fast. If you don't have a place, this is it.
I’ve been using Acme, specifically the downtown location, for almost 4 years now. For most of that time, my experience has been great. The staff are always friendly, my clothes used to come back crisp and fresh, and the turnaround time was fast which made it a really good value overall. But over the last few months something has definitely changed. The turnaround time has about tripled on average, and the quality just isn’t the same. One of the few dry cleaners in town with true drive thru service, a 24 hour drop box, and an in-house shoe repair. Check them out if your short on time and love convenience!
