I used them to clean a couple of expensive leather coats that I was sure were ruined, and I used their alterations department: for a zipper replacement on a dress and to hem a ball gown for my granddaughter's prom. Far and away the best I've ever used. Fast, quality service and friendly staff. There are several closer to me but I will drive past them every time to come here.
Be aware. Their rug cleaning costs have tripled. They are supposed to give you an estimate. Make sure you ask as we were not given that.
