Stephen and Kristy and their team do an amazing job every time. They go above and beyond every time I take anything in to be dry cleaned. Great value for the money. If you need anything dry cleaned, this is your place!

Dropped off a pair of pants to be repaired last Friday and it is the following Saturday when I am writing this review. After a week of not having my pants repaired I called to see if I could pay more to have them repaired quicker and spoke to the store manager Ethan who said they will try to have them repaired in time for the event which is the next day on a Sunday but could not promise anything which I totally understand. Not only am I writing a review for this business, but I have already recommended it to several others. Manager, Steven, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned quickly. I brought in a pair of pants to get a zipper put in about a month ago. Steve called me and told me that it couldn't be found and if they could not find them they would pay me for the pants. They did find them, the zipper was put in and fixed and Steve had called and left several messages during this time to advise me of the steps he was taking . Steve Plantone is an absolute terrible representation of this business. I will never use their services again. We originally called in about their dry cleaning services because we needed a couple suits dry cleaned. The lady on the phone explained if we drop off before 10am, they will be ready same day (around 3pm-4pm). I dropped off the suits at 8:30am and later that day around 4:30pm still had not heard anything so I called in to check. I wish I could leave zero stars. Steve, the manager is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. After ruining a wool scarf (which was washed without my permission), Steve was a nightmare in getting it returned. Horrible (zero) customer service. Please take your business elsewhere not only for the quality but for the service. Wyke's Cleaners down the road is awesome. I hope this helps someone from having the experience I did.
