My experience was not great at all! After being told my balance was 323.00 (never paid that before). Got home and my clothes looked like I washed them myself and hung them up. They were supposed to be stretched and pressed, not hung and wrinkled. Took them back to the store and yes I was given a full refund and the clues were redone. I should not have to take my stiff back, it should have been done properly the first time. I brought a dress to be altered. The tailor was very efficient and adjusted the dress precisely. They offered to steam the dress afterward which was a big relief for me. It came out beautifully. The price was very reasonable and they had it done in a business day.
My wife’s new dress that she had dry cleaned before taking to an out of town wedding was faded during the process. The belt was not cleaned and there was a noticeable difference, so she didn’t wear the belt. I’ve never had an issue with this Cleaner World and have used them for years.
Great service and fast! I took a denim jumpsuit to be altered that was entered too big and it fits perfectly. I dropped it off on Saturday and was available for pick up around 2pm Monday! Workers were very friendly even with my baby, and entertained him while I was sized and changed into my clothes. They have a forever client!
I was very disappointed in the service. I took my work uniforms there to have them clean and they shrunk my uniforms. I was a first-time customer and my first impression was tainted. The customer service was great but the shrinking of my uniform was very disappointing.
