Everyone I encountered from my drop off to my pickup was helpful, friendly and kind. I will continue to use their services and advise any others to do so as well. My clothing was also cleaned very well.
They were fast, friendly, and accurate. I two two pair of new blue jeans in to be hemmed and have a loose belt loop reattached. Dropped them off on Thursday and was told they'd be ready on Monday. I got an email on Saturday morning saying they were ready.
This was my first time using A Clean World, and while Ella was very polite and explained the pricing when I dropped off my clothes, I'm honestly disappointed with how my items came back. I brought in delicate pieces, including a white summer dress and a chocolate brown top, expecting them to be cleaned and refreshed. I'm a new customer; I arrived at A Cleaner World after my old dry cleaners closed. I researched the establishment online, and they offered all the amenities I was looking for. The experience was a seamless transition (pun unintended), and I was pleased to learn that I could register as a new customer online, detailing my preferences for how I wanted my clothes to be done. I was a loyal customer at this location for many years up until 2020 when they started having problems. They started losing shirts or pants and even entire orders. Now they always found them, but it sometimes took a day or two. And often I would unwrap my order at home and find at least one piece that was wrinkled or even dirty, I complained on many occasions and they wouldn't charge for the next order.
