Needed to find a dry cleaner and glad picked A Cleaner World. I rate it 5+ stars! The service is fast and especially like them sending out an email saying your order ready for pick-up. And additional notice sent telling you the cost. Little extra things they do with your order. I had dress shirts where they inserted new collar tabs which was appreciated. Excellent run service. Service above and beyond! Had a suit they’re being cleaned, got their text message that it was ready, and then forgot to pick it up before they closed on Saturday. I needed the suit for a wedding on Sunday. I sent them a message through their website and George, the manager, contacted me within an hour (remember, this was a Saturday). George was gracious enough to meet me Sunday morning to get me my suit! Great service, very customer focused and friendly.
I had a favorite pair of jeans that the rivet button had pulled through the fabric and was no longer functional. They reinforced the fabric with a patch and installed a new rivet button for a very reasonable price so now the jeans are useable again. Thanks much for repairing my favorite jeans so I can wear them again! I accidentally cut the hood of my brand spanking new parka. They do an excellent job of keeping my clothes clean and wrinkle-free. The pickup and drop-off service is free, and I love the five-star service.
