We have done business this company for years. When working my Uniforms were perfectly cleaned/pressed to the point it showed well on my quarterly evaluations. In retirement, they still do perfect alteration/repairs saving us much on clothing. Just got 2 pairs of pants hemmed there... perfect couldn't believe the deal way affordable! Employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

I needed a pair of pants hemmed so I took them to Cleaner World. The pants were a golden yellow and the alterations man almost ruined my new pants. He used black thread on these yellow pants that you can see through the material. And he cut them off so much that I'm not sure if a better alterations person can improve on the mess he made. From out of town I go here and the checker girl was not customer friendly. I actually sat and heard her on the phone telling other customers no. I asked for shortening my sweat pants and she looked at me and said I should have someone pin them and come back. I didn't say any and just looked at her. She then said come back next week when the tailor is there and the can pin them. I quickly left. Would not recommend this place as they are sending their business away. Indifferent service too.

To Whom It May Concern: I will start with saying that their slogan "We don't get it right the first time, it is free" they apply it. The only problem sometimes is not the money you pay for it, it is the crappy solution, the lack of management and the fact that you have to keep worry about what is next.
