We’ve been using their front porch pick up and drop off service for months and have loved the convenience. Even when I forget to leave the bag ready to go, they are always accommodating. Highly recommend! Communication is great and they always show up when they say they are going to.
I had a great experience with their clothing repair service. Is the fastest around, other shops have 2+ week turnarounds, she had it done in 3 days. The lady who took my order was pleasant to work with, will be using the service in the future.
So you’re a company “with a voicemail box that has not been set up yet”? I hope you fail because customer service is all that matters. The customer isn’t always right but having a business where you cannot plan for future business is the plight of people that complain for no reason. How horrible you are.
